Ballast Install Help

So last fall I purchased all the stuff to do a ballast install on my 07 Sunscape. I am doing something similar to this install by BrettB.

I am finally getting started on it. However I have some questions.

1. Where are you guys running the wiring for the pumps? Along the gunnels on the side of the boat or thru the hull? I can probably run them up the hull with the heater hoses and they would be out of site.

2 How does the kick plate at the drivers seat come off? I can not find any screws. Do I need to look harder?

3. I want to use the factory circuit breaker location as they are installed, however they are only five amps for the aerator pumps. Does anybody know where I can get 25 amp breakers to go in the factory location for the Johnson pumps. I will run all new wiring to the existing switch locations on the dash. I have all the switches to change out some spares to the ones for the bag.

I like a factory look.

All help is appreciated.

As long as you don't cross stereo wires, routing should be ok either way. Kick plate is tricky. There are a few stainless screws that hold it on. Since they are stainless, a magnet wouldn't work to find them. they are challenging to find. There are a couple at the bottom and along left side. There are small black stoppers that the kick panel is resting against. That is where the screws are. As far as the breaker, maybe you can swap it with the seat heater breaker or another non used higher amp breaker that is already there not being used.
