The dude in the video above is suing the driver of the wake he crossed, event organizers, an others because of this crash. Claiming the driver of the lead boat was driving in a manner that was unsafe and violated some AZ boating law.

How's that for some crap, he refused to throttle down, hits the wake, loses control, and it's everyone else's fault. Don't you enter into these things willingly?

Yep...it's gonna be a tough one for him to win. Especially with the footage of those girls hangin on for dear life, and him hammerin those throttles, for at least 20 seconds before he 'hit a wake'. He did not look like he was in control in the least.

Good thing he didn't cross Afun's wake....there would have been Sperry's, and bikini parts, all over that lake....
