Having trouble finding new wheel jack for 2000 SMP trailer

My 2000 Response LX sits on a SMP trailer. Thr wheel jack is in dire need of replacing. I can't find one to fit it. It has a circular mount welded to thr trailer that the current one fits against and is held in place by a metal ring. All the ones I see on the common retailers websites use two u-bolts to hold the jack in place.

Anyone have any ideas or even know what I'm talking about?
