now when you say expensive to less expensive what range are we talking>? When I am looking online it is hard to tell what homes are right on White Lake. Our budget is from 200-400K. We would like to be on the less expensive side as that is one of our reasons for moving is cost of living.

Why you going so low budget on the new casa? For the 6 months you've been here, you've been flying high across the board - a couple $90-100k boats, swapping out a 5 month old LTZ Duramax for a Denali Duramax, buying mama a 5 figure handbag for Christmas while she buys you a new Stingray Corvette...now you want a house that's a couple hundred grand?

Reminds me of a favorite song from Sesame Street "One of these things is not like the others, One of these things just doesn't belong..." For those too young to recall it

Well it is just where we want to be in a market like Michigan. Not exactly the best real estate market. We are keeping our house here for rental like we did our last house. This house we currently live in is a long term investment, a house in Michigan is a house in Michigan. It will possibly go up in value, but not like the market in The DC or Hawaii area. It is just how we feel about it. Also, when we move it is generally short notice...try selling a 700k house in Michigan fast.....not likely.
