23 LSV added bow ballast

Recommended Posts

I have the factory front ballast option. Dont really want to put a sac on top of the seats and eat up space. Anyone using lead bags or the steel shot bags? were are you hiding the bags and how much? Do you have to move them for trailering so as not to have to much tongue wt? for 14' 23 lsv w/surfgate.

Do you usually have people in the bow? We run a 750 on top of the tank in the bow, it's a horseshoe, so one person can still sit up there if they want. Lead just seems too sketchy in bad water and on the trailer to me.

Is that even enough to notice a difference?

Filling with an external pump. I'd like to have an internal pump, but it's not a huge priority.
