Anyone have a custom made life jacket?

I am curious about a custom made life jackets. I am a tall female with a long torso and hate how all the ladies vests are cut so short. Mens vests don't fit right up top. So, I am wondering if its possible to get a custom made cga style vest. Anyone have any experience with this?

I have a couple of custom vests made by RubberJungle. Their made in Australia (ACG approved) & pretty popular with the ski show crowd. They run long in the torso, big arm holes & tend to have much better padding than regular USCG vests I've owned.

The most recent design we created.

The end result.... I'm about 6'1", 225 lbs.

A couple of my buddy Ian's pics of an older design, same company. Lots more pics like these on his site.

I've never understood why this never caught on more (not even really sure what it is called) I remember seeing it on Ripley's ages ago and the guy was using it to tow into waves and then ride the rip back out endlessly, looked amazing. Also looks like it'd be good fun out on the lake.

Also those vests look nice, I guess they are not strictly legal here in the US? I'm sure they are just as safe if not better then USCG approved,

I assume they are not USCG approved because they don't have the 2 or 3 straps. Or RubberJungle hasn't bothered to try & get it approved? Regardless, they are nice vests that fit great.

As for the standup foil, they are around. Foilforum has lots of guys on it, behind the boat, under a kite & towing in the surf. Even a couple of paddleboard foils out there lately. Laird cut this video a few days ago. Pretty awesome.

Paddle board foils sounds interesting. I new the stand up foils were out there, I've seen some pictures it just seems like the videos are rare. Then again I'm not exactly hunting for them.

And the Laird Hamilton video is great, thanks for sharing.
