Just take your bimini in and have someone sew a pocket the size of your board into the top. Problem solved.

Saidainc,

This may be a bad question, but when you do that, which way would you have the hole?

Hole in front, no chance of board coming out, but stress on the material. hole facing rear and possibility that the board could come out?

I like the idea.

We measured the board first. It fits like a glove so it doesnt hang in there lose. Plus we had raft material sewn on the rear edge to keep it from wearing on the rope before the boat's bow rises during surfing. IT IS THE GREATEST THING WE HAVE EVER DONE THAT DIDNT COST MUCH!
