We'll checked your link and it says oxy sensor and oxy heater sensor. Is this the same thing? I can only find the oxygen sensor on bakes website. Is there more than one oxygen sensor on the 383hh? One on each cat?

There is usually pre cat sensors and post cat sensors, for a total of 4. The heater and sensor are one unit. Buy the sensor, get the heater for free or vise versa.

The dtcs you have set both are in reference to the same sensor. It's the pre-cat sensor on bank 1 or bank A. Bank 1 is the bank with the number one cylinder in it, drivers side or starboard most bank. Make sure it is plugged in first. If the dtc sets pretty regularly you can swap sensors side to side and see if the dtc flagged moves to the other bank. This will solidify a sensor issue or something else causing the sensor to read incorrectly if it stays on bank 1.
