Hi guys im about to buy a new prop for my 2011 vlx, I am looking at the acme 2315 but I just wanted to

make sure I would have enough clearance between the blade and hull? or would the 2079 be a

better option as the diameter is abit smaller?

I run a lot of weight so i think the 2315 would be ideal.

If someone has an 2011 vlx with a 2315 it would be good to hear their opinion.

Great prop (2315), should be no clearance problems. I have 125 hours on mine with no issues. You will loose 3 mph top speed, I can cruise at 30 mph with no issues. For heavily weighted boats it's ideal.
