When we took delivery of our 247 today, we noticed that one of ours pins on the tower was loose and coming out. Opposite of most you since most say its tight.

Well, as it turns out, there is an adjustment for that pin. Once you crack the tower look at the flat spot on top of where the pin hole is in the flat section and there is a little screw (See picture below). This screw is what adjusts the tension on that pin :)

Once it was adjusted I was able to pull the pin easily and raising/lowering the twer by myself was a piece of cake.
