Rear seat upholstery.

I have an 06XTI. I purchased a new skin for the rear back rest from Chee. I took the boat to a local and reputable upholstery shop, but they told me that they can't figure out how to remove it. Has anybody tried it? Any suggestions? If simple enough, I will remove and deliver it to them.

I don't know if I would want someone replacing the skin that can't even figure out how to get the seat off.

rmattajr tore his XTI down and put it back together last year, he might be able to help you. It is really a matter of hunting around for the various lag bolts and screws.

it went in somehow, has to come out the same way.

Got it. 8 bolts across the top, some on the sides, a few screws, and she's out!
