2002 23LSV Priced Right?

Let's hear the honest opinions...is my 2002 23LSV priced accurately or am I too low at $24,500?

I have had a low ball offer of $20,000 and $22,000.

no integrated ballast, no perfect pass.... $22k is the best you can hope to get IMHO... how bad do you want to sell? That hull is 3 generations old now. But you could probably get $22K without all the tubes and ropes and tower speakers etc if you wanted to get another $500 for that on CL separately.

How are prices in your area? That seems a little low to me. Maybe I'm just hoping my boat is worth 30.

I would price it at 26,500 and back off a bit when the perfect pass issue comes up. Star Gazer installed is about 1500 so I would quickly drop the price to 25,000. 24,000 would be my bottom line but I would make the buyer work for that last 1000.

That is a 24K boat all day long.

You probably have a 325 Monsoon in a 2002 not the 340 in your ad.

Since its the end of the season you are probably in the ballpark especially if you're looking to sell quickly. I'd guess you should be able to get 22-24k.

I agree, that boat will sell for 25K in the spring. If you can wait it out, hold onto it and list it for 27 in May.
