Has anyone towed with 5th generation (2010-2014) Toyota 4Runner?

I have a 1992 Euro F3 skier which is about 3000# with boat and trailer. I'm looking for a tow vehicle that gets decent mileage. My trip to the lakes around me are 1-2 hours on relatively flat roads. Does anyone have experience towing with the new 4Runners or have advice on similar vehicles?

I pull my 99 response with my 03 Tacoma, V6. Usually have to slow down for my friend in his Dodge Cummings pulling his response on the feeway at 75 mph. We have about the same milage to the gallon, right about 12 mpg pulling the boats driving 4.5 hours.

I towed my 96 Sunsetter VLX back from Dallas with my 08 Tacoma V6 with no problem. It might squat the 4Runner a little more since I've got the tow package with heavier leaf springs. On a side note I shouldv'e never sold my 04 4Runner with the V8. Nicest 4Runner Toyota has ever made IMHO.
