Bought my first house! (Still looking for an 23' LSV)

Over the summer I had posted a few topics that I was looking for a boat. Many of you reached out and helped me look for a boat. THANK YOU! Although I didn't purchase one yet, I am still looking. At the same time I was looking for a boat, I was also looking for my first house. Well I am happy to report that my offer was accepted and I am going through the motions. Thought I would Share! What makes me even more excited is that I bought a house that is just a few blocks from the lake and from a marina.

Now I need to find that 2008 23' LSV I have been looking for!

Sweet, but now everyone on the interwebz knows your address. I didn't quote your post incase you want to edit it. Post a pic instead for your own safety and stuff.

Guess I am too trusting. Valid point though. Will post a picture soon.

Damn, missed my chance on a cheap future upgrade to a 23 LSV! Thanks a lot Bobby

Congrats on the house!! There's a lot of research to be done on an 08 Malibu, it was not the their best year.

Thanks!!!

Whats the reasoning on the 2008 not being a good year? I am looking for and 23' LSV in the 45k-55k range.

If people think owning a boat is costly, just wait until they buy a house

Yeah, that's why I saved considerably more than what I would need! I know you can never have enough saved up but now was the time for me to buy! :)

It would be a long trip but I have a feeling you will have to travel a little bit to find what you are looking for.

I like the blue boat, but it doesn't have the hammerhead. :/
