Help Boardshorts Bled Color on Vinyl

Had the same problem. Found out that the spray on sunblock (I'll get back with the brand) that I bought from Costco easily removed those stains. After doing so, I liberally spray vinyl protectant to the cleaned area to wash off any sunblock residue. It must be the solvents in the sunblock that dissolve the stains. I've been doing this for years now and my seats still look good (I.E. no bad effects from using spray on sunblock to clean). Just took a bunch of boardshort stains (my son) off the Bu over the weekend.

I had red shorts bleed on my driver seat once. Leaving the same pink marks. After trying a couple of products that did nothing, I just let it sit out in the sun for a day. It vanished.

I did something similar. I had black permanent marker on brand new seat skins, Vomit.gif it had dried over night. The next day I discovered it and tried everything I had to remove the stain, it lightened up a little but was still an obvious stain. We went out for the day and after 9 hours of sunlight it was completley gone. I was amazed.

ditto on boardshorts. Blue marks on our older BU's driver seat. What seemed to work for us was Fantastic and a brush and sunlight. I know on our vinyl card which came with the boat recommended Fantastic and a brush, but others on here have said that was not a good recommendation. Anywho, worked fine for us but did not get the stain out completely. Sun did the rest.
