Skiers Pier ownership change

Wow! I cant believe what I am reading right now. They will be missed. 2nd Bu from them and they knew what customer service was. Lets hope things don't change.

I was in there yesterday to talk with joe about a few things. They are always busy this time of year and yesterday was no different. Joe was very good though. Made time for what we had to talk about right away and he was clearing in the middle of something. I offered to let him finish but he declined. We discussed what we needed to discuss and came to a good agreement. I just need a few open items taken care of from when we bought the boat yet. He promised this will be the last time in and as long as that's true then he is doing his job.

He was very personable and easy to talk with. I never really talked with him much before the change so I only could go by on what others say which isn't the best normally. So far I have no issues with the change. Hopefully it continues and we create a good dealer/buyer relationship!

OHHH NOOO! Just bought my first new boat ever from Ron. He was great to deal with. My boat is there now hopefully the warranty work will go smoothly.

Should be no worries, Sue is still there and talked to Joe, nothing should be changing besides Ron not being there.
