Barefoot booms

I have a BI, Barefoot International boom on my TXi and must say I'm very please with it. Rock Solid!

The picture attached was taken after the installation and all the adjustments to the cable ties and boom height adjuster where done.

I have had others, but IMO the BI is exceptional.

I use ECI/skylon boom on my 13 txi.

Even with the larger motor box its possible -- I run it on the drivers side a) easier to coach b) find it safer/easier to approach fallen skier/footer c) frees up passenger seat/legroom.

I use an 18" extender and find the ski position spray free.

Nice barefoot form.

Can you get a boom out on the drivers side of a TXI?

Own 1 and used 2 other BI booms, very good product. I do wish they had an easier clamp style similar to the ECI. On the V-drive I can't access either hatch with just the clamp on. PITA! Also check to see the clearance you have on your ski pylon as I had to order a longer one from Malibu.

I have an ECI/Skylon on my Echelon, where do you get the extender? I haven't seen anywhere that you could buy one.

Edit: sorry for the hijack...

Yep. I've got mine off the driver side. I never liked the idea of a passenger side mount. I want the skier/footer right next to me while I'm driving.
