Exposing rear ballast tanks/pumps

We have a 2005 Wakesetter VLX, the starboard ballast tank drain pump has quit working, and of course it's full.

Checked the switch first, it's fine. Now I've been reading about replacing the drain pump, once it's exposed it's easy enough. The issue I'm having is getting the floor board out. All the screws are out and the board is free, but there appears to be no way that board is coming out without taking the seats and support structure out.

Is this it???

Thanks for the input guys!

What we're going to do is cut the last 5 inches off of the floorboard, install a 2" aluminum flatbar as a support across the underside of the floor board and hinge the 5"cut off as an access panel for the pump.

Idea came from the posts on other threads. Thanks again!
