SeaDeck material question

Recommended Posts

I need to replaced some aged vinyl pads on my trailer and boat and I'd like to use SeaDeck material. Does anyone know if you can route SeaDeck to achieve a nice edge profile?

I know a guy who is good friends with my brother who is a dealer. Funny I just saw him 2 weeks ago at dale hollow lake and he has a g23 with sea dek all over it. I asked him how I go about getting some and he told me that you just give him the measurements and they make it to any size.

They will do templates if you want. I ordered a sheet and cut with a straight edge. I put it pretty much everywhere on the hull deck. I also put some on the trailer. Here is a link to my install. Third summer (250 hours) and still holding up great.
