2011 LSV Surf Setting- cant manually fill front ballast

I have the four ballast system in my 2011 LSV. When in the surf pre-set, I try to manually fill the front factory tank but it won't fill. I press the front tank on the Maliview and then hit Fill. It seems to be working in the screen but the tank doesn't actually fill. Thoughts? What am I doing wrong? As always, thanks Crew!

In line fuse for the front pump? Look under the dash and pull the cover off of the Medallion box the blade fuses will be marked. If not, it might be a bad pump but unlikely being this new. Good luck.

Have you confirmed that the tank is not filling? When I first got my Bu, I was using factory presets and would also fill the front ballast, but it would not show on the malivue rimary screen but the tank was filling and would overflow and would not shut off so I would manually shut it off. I eventually changed the factory preset to include a full front ballast and saved it as th preset. It now shows on the malivue as it fills and shuts off when full. :-)

I have noticed that sometimes the front pump does not prime perfectly when filling. It likely has a bit of water in the fill hose somewhere causing a bit of vapor lock. If I speed the boat up a little bit it primes and fills no problem. If the other things such as fuse and ball valve check out, maybe this is your problem.
