Boathouse outdoor flooring?

I need to build an extension to our boathouse flooring so we can roll out our stand-up outside. I'm having trouble finding a flooring that will work. The flooring needs to be fairly seamless to make rolling the small wheels over it possible. Therefore I can't just use standard 5/4 deck boards. It looks like treated plywood will delaminate in the elements when laid horizontal. Does anyone have any ideas of a flooring I can use that would work in this application?

Could you cover the plywood to protect it and still have a seamless top? Maybe use something like this or this (made by the same manufacturer, but the DeckRite is made for decks as it is a little thicker). You could also use a roll-on marine covering like this or a spray-on truck bed liner.

I guess originally I was looking for some sort of composite material I could use, but this might work out well. I'll do a little more research on it. Thanks!
