My 2006 LXI is leaking thru the Rudder shaft that is mounted on top of the HDS Box. How do You fix that?

Rudder or prop shaft?  The HDS box is for the prop shaft.  If rudder then that's not an HDS box, but a rudder box (older ones are called a stuffing box or rudder port.)

These seals rarely fail without abuse, so there's a good chance that it simply needs grease (just a little!!)  Have someone turn the steering wheel full lock back and forth while you SLOWLY feed 1-2 pumps of grease into the zerk fitting.  If that doesn't solve the leak then perhaps someone over-greased it and blew out the seal or you had an impact.  Anyway, yes there is a seal kit you can buy from Bakes (verify fitment for your model.)
