Samson mirror help

Ok I think we are getting a tower mirror and are going with powdercoated. Is it really worth the extra $65 for the PTM mirror? Is it worth $18 for the SS handle?

Yes, it's worth the extra $65 for the PTM. Are you talking plastic handle vs SS handle?

Probably, we won't fold it much, unless SS is worth alot more.

PTM on a Titan bracket. The glass is curved so the image is large & wide.

Yes on the stainless handle, the plastic one I had broke. The stainless will allow you to tighten the mirror without breaking.

What is so great about the PTM mirror vs Cipa 3. I am getting ready to order a samson mount and was planning to get the Cipa with it. Sorry for the hijack.

I paid $200 for just the PTM mirror last year. Best money I have spent on the boat. Super clear and I can see skiers no matter how wide they cut out. I am using a windshield bracket so no experience on the handle.

Well I guess you don't see 3 people when they are cutting lol just one lens, I think it is clearer and wider too.
