Gallon of 303 Hits Garage Floor

Recommended Posts

The jug split almost in two and went all over the floor....there goes 50 bux Mad.gif

Anyway, even after I cleaned up with soap and water it still looks like I just applied a lacquer to my garage floor. Any ideas for clean up? I'm also afraid my concrete is going to end up with a stain. :(

Xylene or any kind of citrous stripper should work. The citrous should work just as well and will smell better (like oranges) but will be more expensive. The Xylene will be easier to get though. You can pick it up at any hardware store in the paint department. The citrous is usually found at concrete supply wholesalers.

Use boat seats to soak it up.

I'd call 303 direct and ask them...530.549.5617. I did about three years ago when still learning what it could do and the tech guy was very helpful and informative.

muratic acid!

Sounds like it is time to for a group buy. Where do you buy 303 by the gallon?

I get mine at autogeek.net for $45 a gallon. Makes fuel look cheap!

That's so funny! I was thinking the exact same thing when I read the OP.

Sorry Brent, that sucks, but kinda funny nonetheless! ;)

Thanks for the tip on 303. That's the best price I've seen, and since I need some, I just ordered a gallon.

I'm a little confused here, when you buy it by the gallon do you have to use some on the garage floor? Shocking.gif

Best price I've found too. They also have great prices on waxes.
