1993 Malibu Euro f3... skier or sunsetter?

Hello all... newbie here... I'm going to look at my first "real" boat to purchase this weekend. I'm 40, got a wife and 5 kids aged 2-11, and we live 1 mile from lake. We've got a pontoon boat that putts, but now we're looking at getting something to teach all how to ski, knee board, wakeboard, etc...

I found a 93 Malibu Euro f3... he calls it a "skier, but it is an open bow. Does this mean it's a "sunsetter"? Also, what should I look for/be wary of? From pix, it looks like it's in good shape. He's asking 7500... is that a reasonable price? Like I said, looking at it/taking it on the water this weekend.

My wife likes her shade on the water...is the bimini top workable on these?

Thanks for all your help.

I had a Eurof3 195 skier. Loved the boat. Three kids and a wife and the boat gave us the joys of all the water sports. Thinking a bow rider for you with the bigger family would be an asset.
