Bought mine from Amazon. This is a great option if you want bluetooth music on your boat or wherever. I plugged it in today and was surprised at how good the sound quality was.

It charges via USB. Hold down the button for 6 seconds until it starts flashing quickly, then connect with your phone to the device. it pairs automatically. Great thing is that it can be charging while it is in use. I powers down on its own and remembers up to 5 devices.

Comes with cable to allow it to connect to 3.5mm headphone jack or RCA connection (left and right).

It is small and lightweight. Some may say it feels flimsy, but heck it doesn't need to feel like a slab of metal. It is just a blootooth receiver.

Have fun!

Can you plug it in the glovebox in the newer models? I wouldnt want to mess with plugging it into the deck.

PS. My buddy told me that if Hurricane Sandy was renamed Hurricane Romo, it would fold under pressure and never touchdown anywhere....

Bluetooth rules. I put one if these in the boat and it was so sweet I bought another one for the home stereo. We have fun with it since anyone with a phone or Bluetooth mp3 player can instantly become the DJ on the boat from any seat. Pretty cool. :)

Matt, how do you power that one?

For not much more you can get a new head unit of the same brand with Bluetooth. Swaps out in 5 mins too.

Just another option.

Post up?

The Fosgate black box isn't blue tooth... The MTCs on the 2013s+ is the BT interface....

Interested to see what you are talking about.
