Ballast Layout on a 2004 Wakesetter 23LSV

Testing out all of the features on my recently purchased 23LSV and not exactly sure on the layout of the factory ballasts. There are only 3 fill/empty switches, but I thought this boat had 4 ballasts. Am I missing something? Anyone have insight on this?

In '04 there were some boats that were setup to have the center & bow ballast tanks controlled by one switch. There were two factories producing at that time and there were several small times that were different on some boats. With the new model introduced in '04 for the 23 LSV there were some differences between the two factories especially at the start of production.

FYI, here is an option/price list from '04, not sure of the author. I had a 23LSV new in '04 and had this info on hand. Interesting how much prices have gone up in 10 years.
