93 Skier-1/2 closed cooling--where to mount?

I want to add a 1/2 cooling system on my 93 skier with 350 5.7 l comp ski mercruiser engine due to being in seawater all the time here in Hawaii, plus the engine got completely rebuilt less than 100 hours ago and I'd like to keep it running so nicely for a longtime. Does anyone have or has seen where or how to mount the intercooler/heat exchanger?

I mounted one vertical on the front of the engine, starboard side, on a 305 Indmar w/MC hull, and it fits niecely there, but on the mercruiser the mechanical fuel pump, fuel filter, and raw water pump are all mounted there.

I'm thinking that there just might not be enough space under the box for this, BUT didn't want to give up yet without asking if someone can assist....

That's a tough one. It is really tight in there. Any way you could tuck it up under the bow and run line up to it though the tunnel? I ran two 1" hoses up through the tunnel for a ballast system. It is a pain to get them through there, but it can be done.

Thanks for the bow idea...though so much increase in piping length which I think would affect system.

I'm guessing there aren't any 93 skiers out there with intercooling. So the easy solution, isn't one.

Pondering.
