Dash refit - '99 upgrade to '03

Thought a few would find this interesting. Since there was a vast visibility improvement with the new dash shroud in 2002, we swapped out the one thing that a customer did not like in his mint 1999 Response.

Replaced are dash shroud, gauge panel, switch panels and switches. Gauges, key switch and speedo switches are original.

Here are old and new photos.

are there 2 depth finders on the dash....one on the left and one on the right?

I think one is probably water temp/air temp/volt gauge display. At least it is on mine that looks just like that.

Hey bud, in the new dash how do you get the centre panel out that has the gauges in it. I can pnly see the 1 screw in the top center of the panel. I need to pull mine out to install a perfect pass system but dont want to break anything pulling it off. Thanks

Oh boy guys, that was a long time ago.  No idea on cost anymore without building up the parts list again.

The work to change over wasn't bad, just took some time and patience.  The driver side throttle panel I didn't want to change, so there was a little careful sculpting with my die grinder to fit it up against the new dash shroud, but it came out nice.
