Really appreciate your help with this one/how do i do this, i really don't want a cracked block next year.

I can't seem to find the plugs.

Generelly, you will find the plugs in about the center of the block, just up from the oil pan. Often disguised as a wire leading to the block connected to a knock sensor. I am not sure what the 99's have. 08 has a knock sensor, if you have one, yours could look something like this http://www.bakesonli...il.aspx?ID=2344

Edit- also, you need to drain more than just the block. Exhaust manifolds, hoses, heater hoses, shower etc.
