Back seat removal 99 Sunsetter LXI

I'm trying to figure out how to remove the back seat. (Back rest portion) I've removed the carpeted back in the ski locker, I only see 2 hex head screws, one port side, one starboard side screwed thru the fiberglass into what appears to be a black plastic frame that must be supporting the back of the seat. The seat wraps around inside the boat. I can feel another hex head screw on each side towards the top of the gunnel. Is this what I need to do to remove it and how many screws will there be?

Thanks

I figured it out. There are 3 hex head screws (top) on each side that holds the plastic frame of the seat

and 4 screws on the bottom of the seat. The Trunk is held on with 4 bolts and hardware needs to be removed. An extra person helps when lifting out of the boat. Hope this helps someone else.
