Kicker zx350.4 enough to power Rev8 or XM9?

I have a kicker zx350.4 (60x4@4ohm / 175x2@4ohm bridged) that isnt powering anything right now.

Would this do okay at driving one pair of Rev8s - wired bridged? Obviously I know the more wattage the better, but would this be okay, or just a waste of time?

Alternatively I have a Roswell 500.4 (75x4@4ohm / 250x2@4ohm bridged) - would this be any better?

Cheers

I used a zx700.5 to run a pair of bullet hollowpoints. The full range channels of the 700.5 are basically the same as the 350.4.

The short answer is no, it's not a good match. The amp got crazy fry an egg hot.

The roswell sounds like a better match (on paper) but I know nothing about that amp.

OMS- your target for those 8's should be a clean true 300rrms each. If you gonna drop the coin for the high level tower speakers, you gotta put enough quality power to feed them. Cut corners and it'll sound like you did. Lots of 300x2 amps to choose from....look at the 300x2 class D's.

Polk Audio D4000.4 (this amp is made under several other brands...the Polk just happens to be the lowest price one available right now and the best looking of the series).

125x4 RMS @ 4Ω, 400x2 RMS bridged @ 4Ω.

I am running this amp and I've been very impressed with it. For $250 it's a hard deal to beat:
