I thought rule of thumb is a pier or a bridge always has the right of way.

Saw this yesterday at Shasta. Have no idea how he got up there. A big pile of rocks in the middle of the lake. He kept telling me to video them getting it off. I got a few minutes of video then we left. When we were pulling out later a half hour or so later, they were coming up the ramp on the trailer. Never did ask him what happened.

agreed but, then again, if i questioned right of way i would drop the throttle waaaaayyyyy before the glass got crumpled.

even if i knew i had the right of way i would yield/stop.
