Drivers Seat

I have a 1999 Response and two of the four bolts that hold the drivers seat to the floor have become loose allowing the chair to tip to the left. I do not see any way to gain access to the bolts that are under the floor to tighten. any suggestions?

iirc there is a flat piece of hdpe that the slides attach to.

then the seat attaches to the slide bolts.

the flat piece of hdpe has 12 to 16 (ish) phillips head screws that run into the floor.
