Do the Damper Plate Bolts have washers?

I know this is a dumb question, but long story short, I had a mechanic pull my engine to check it over and while it is out we are also replacing the damper plate. My boat was having a bunch of problems that I posted about in another thread. Anyways, it has been a couple of weeks and he doesn't remember if there were washers between the damper plate bolts and the damper plate. We are trying to install today. Can anyone help me out? It's a 99' Sportster.
