Has anyone ever replaced the spring inside the manual wedge? Lost one and the pin that holds the wedge down. I think I have a solution for the pin, but need a spring that will fit and don't want to wait to order one off the internet. Need it for Labor Day weekend. Anyone ever found one at Lowes or Home Depot, or places of that sort?

Probably going to need a stainless spring. You might find one at Home Depot/Lowes. If you can't find a stainless one, you might find one to get you through the weekend at least. In the mean time, order the right one, and replace your temporary one when it shows up.

I trashed my manual wedge a few weeks ago. I'm left with one arm in and two pins. If they would help you, you're welcome to them.

Now that is what it is all about!
