Where can I get a perfect pass kit for my 03 Wakesetter 21i

It is very dificult to keep the throttle at a low speed for wakesurfing, My right shoulder hurts after a while holdingthe throttle trying to control a constant speed

I'm not sure how you are hurting your sholder holding the throttle...there is an arm rest there.

If you really want to go on the cheap, contact PP directly. They sometimes have refurb units that are very attractively priced and they will stand behind it. However, for a complete system it's more unusual for them to have everything you need. Can't hurt to call and ask.
