No i believe he was asking specifically about the xti,which is a unique (and freaking awesome) direct drive boat.Either way the answer is no.Find a used one they're great.

Im running an OJ XMP 3 blade 13 x 11 Cup 0.80 - I can get up to speed with 12 people and extra ballast much better than the stock - top speed on my 23 is still about 42-44.
