I have a 2003 Reponse with a analog paddle speedo. The speedo def. is not working correctly. The paddle wheel looks good. I have an extra screw in speedo that came with the boat. It is the part that screws into the hull. No wire connecting to it... Should I just replace this or is there a way to test the computer to see if that works?? Like a reset?
