06 247 surf wake

I am having trouble getting a good surf wake. I have the factory MLS 4 tank system, power wedge down, and a 750 fat sac on the surf side. The trouble I am having is that I use to have a lot of people 8+ but now I usually have 4. How big of a bag will fit under the seats on the surf side which is the passenger side. I usually set cruise at 11.

I got me one of those bags. I think that bag holds about 1300 pounds. I have your exact boat but without the front ballast. I put the wedge all the way down, fill ALL of the ballast and the sack on that side. I think the wave is superb. We usually go 11.8 or so. I go just a little slower for me, but 11.8 for the wife, and the faster speed lengthens the pocket, although the wave is a little shorter when we slow down for me. But it doesn't matter to her, since she only weighs 130, my extra 100 pounds makes a big difference on a board.

I have a friend with an 06 247. We surf about the same set up and the surfwake is incrediable. all stock ballast full with one 750 on the surf side. We do however pull at 11.8 with 2 of the 5 people in the front. Good Luck
