Starter solenoid switch location on 1994 Echelon

Is the starter solenoid switch located on the top left of the engine next to the 60 amp circuit breaker?? The engine won't crank over. I jumped the terminals on the starter and it spins up OK. When I turn on the ignition key I just get a click and nothing happens. I assume that the clicking is coming from the solenoid switch but I'm not totally sure. When I bought the boat used I didn't get the manual for it.

You can also put your hand on the solenoid in question and feel if it's doing the clicking. Can probably reach the key and solenoid at the same time in that little boat.
