Alarms

After having stuff stolen out of my boat today in our PUD's storage facility, I would like to get any recommendations on alarms that I can have installed on the boat. I'm looking for one with an audible alarm along with notification to me via phone or pager.

That sucks, Greg. Hopefully they didn't take everything and make a mess of the boat doing it.

2 amps, stereo, XM thingy, remote and broke the side panel. Don't know how much of the electrical harness is damaged. It looks like they knew what they were doing thats for sure. Most stuff just had the RCA's removed and in other areas the cable were cut. They left the tower speakers ??? and put the cover back on for me. The cops dusted for prints and couldn't find anything.

The best thing I can think of is a lock that goes around inside the cover so it can not be removed with out unlocking it, but then all they have to do it cut a hole in it, so have it made out of kevlar. I dont know much about alarms, but since it seems like the boat is so easily wired, that turning it off would be as easy as locating the battery.
