Pylon Pivot Head Lubrication?

Recommended Posts

The "Pivoting Head" on my 99 Response feels like it needs lubricate. Its pretty hard to turn and is not smooth when it does rotate. I could not find anything in the manuals about lubricating it. Anyone else have similar issue? Any concerns about pulling it appart? Are bearings going to fall out are anything?

Thanks, Greg

Thanks for posting this and the response.

I was able to take my pylon head apart and clean and re-lubricate the bearings. Now it spins like a top!

Always excellent advise here on the crew!
