Exiles on G-3 tower mount. Stable?

Just got my single mount G-3 mounts from Exile. I was shocked to learn that the posts are only mounted to a thin metal mount with 4 very small (probably 1/8") screws. Anyone have any trouble with this set up? Just seems like it's not enough to hold 4-5lbs. speakers in harsh marine conditions.

So Far so good, Had them on all summer with no issues, and had similar set up with the Hybrid set up no issues!! Here is a pic of all XM9's

On my second year with no issues. Couple other members here are on three years with no issues. So I would tend to say no issue.

I had the singles first and went to the doubles after that, no problems with either. Exile's warranty is pretty good, if you feel like your set are not up to par let them know and maybe they can help you out.

Awesome! A consensus has been reached. Thanks again everyone for your responses. And Wakesetter67... That system could be considered a weapon. You could blow someones ears off with that set up!
