Amazing shoes

I got a pair of Keen water shoes as a gift this year. They are super comfortable, designed to be thrown in the wash for cleaning. Completely waterproof. Kinda like Tevas, which I also love, but with a covered toe and more support. Just an awesome product. Thought I would pass it on since they are perfect for boating:

Those look perfect for the boat or for all around wear in the summer. More durable than the TEVAs. Do they size up the same as your normal sneaker?

My wife has a pair, and I was jealous of them for a while.

One cloth strip that secures your whole foot. Very comfy. They have a 'water sole' that's actually Vibram and resolable.

One problem I don't like about mine, or the Keens are the fact that you have to manually take them off. I prefer a Reef type flip flop when I'm in and around the boat. I'm constantly in and out, and like to be able to slip my shoes on and off easily.

My wife loves the Keens though. Very comfy, and all her friends want a pair.

Another note on the Keens.

My wife went to a youth girls camp last year. It was set in the CA mountains, right next to a lake. There was a 400 foot hike up granite rocks to get to and from the lodge and the lake.

The standing rule for shoes - all week long, for leaders and youth: A shoe that covered the toe. Which left out sandals, Teva's, Chaco's, etc.

The Keen met those requirements. And ALL the women leaders were jealous.
