Distributor Rotor on a Monsoon 320

Recommended Posts

I had a great day on Bullards Fathers Day. End of day the boat started running rough(97 sunsetter monsoon 320 ). I decided to change cap and rotor and plugs tonight as this hasn't been done for many years. I cannot get the rotor to slide off the distributor shaft. Any ideas?

Also any thoughts on replacing the bilge blower on this boat. it seems to be buried back behind the fuel tank.

Thanks

Use a flate blade screwdriver under the rotor, pivot on the housing and push down, it will eventally pop off. Then clean the shaft of any rust and put on a very thin coat of grease so it wont get stuck or corrode again.
