Holdover Discounts?

I am going to be in the market for a new boat in the near future, but I am wondering what a typical discount off MSRP would be on a holdover. My other concern is that IF the 2013's are going to have the new wedge, or whatever they decide to change, is it going to devalue the previous models or will they just cost that much more? I am looking for a LSV 23, but want a 2011 or newer to get the Touch Command.

History of the last 10 years has taught me that new boats go up in price every year and that holds up the price of older boats. Even in the worst of the recession, this has been true to some degree. The dealer is always going to discount their profit margin on leftover boats, if they are worried they cannot sell it, but I think the general experience has been that this year there will not be so many holdovers that dealers will be anxious to sell them.
