EZ STRETCH DOCK TIES

I got the ones linked below from Overtons and love them. They have individual loops, so it is easy to adjust them as tight as you'd like. You can also easily loop two together if you need added length.

I'm using those and they work great. Everyone that sees them wants them for their boat. Love 'um.

I have similar ones that are Ronix branded. Really clean look when tied up...and i get a lot of comments on them. I think mine are 4 footers.

I've had several of these break over the years. There is a metal ring at the end of the bungee on each end. The bungee pulls loose from the ring & they are no better than a 4' long rope. You can fix it but it's a PITA & they end up doing it again later.

I have two of these today. The 5 footers work fine for me, still have plenty of room to get a Hippity Hop bumper between the dock & the boat. Their 4 yrs old & I use them a LOT. Love'em.

For better prices, do a search on Ebay for "WEBBING DOCK TIES"

You know I'm not sure if they float or not. I doubt they do, but haven't actually tested that theory before. If you were that worried about it, you could splice a noodle around the middle of them for some cheap insurance.

I'm with Bill,

Stay away from the "EZ STRETCH DOCK TIES" and go with the "WEBBING DOCK TIES" or, those "Stretch 'N slide" look like the hot ticket.
