Need length of Dorsey trailer for RLXI

We're looking at a new house with a three car garage and I'm trying to figure out if I'm going to be able to get the boat into it. I unfortunately can't get to the boat right now to measure the trailer since it's in storage. Can anyone with an RLXi sitting on a Dorsey trailer w/out a foldable tongue get me the length?

Thanks,

Mike

Keep in mind that you can buy and install a swing away tonge kit, not sure on the overall length.

With the swing away tonge, the trailer is usually the length of the boat.. of course add back in the swim step if you are trying to calc the overall length with the boat on the trailer

Yeah, I thought about taking that approach as well and putting the money I would have spent on storage for next winter towards the swing away tongue instead.

If I go that route, how much you guys think I'm looking at to have it done professionally?

Thanks,

Mike

Not all trailers are the length of the boat with the swing away tongue. I have a boatmate trailer that is at least 6 inches longer than the boat with the tongue folded.

With the tongue folded on my tandum axle Boatmate trailer, I need 20' 8". Sorry I can't help with your original question. Oh, and thanks for the picture of the oil pressure switch.

Thanks guys. I measured the third garage tonight and it's just a touch over 21' It will be real interesting to see if I will be able to squeeze her in with a swing away tongue.
