I know it'd be a bit of a drive but the okc dealer is amazing.

I know we are a 3 hour drive beyond dallas though.

Counting my blessings I have a great dealer.

This is at least the 2nd of these type of posts in the last week. Your problem isn't with Malibu, it is with a dealership/service department. The manufacturer does not own the dealership. Yes, it is their face to the market, but they do not own/control the dealer. Same thing could have happened with any brand boat.

I totally agree with this. I don't understand why people don't get it, just because a particular service department (whether it be malibu branded or not) does a shoddy job, that shouldn't influence your decision on whether to purchase another Malibu or not. Makes no sense.

If you brought your Jeep Grand Cherokee to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they drained the oil and never refilled it, does that mean you won't ever buy a Jeep again? :fingerwag:

Lol nope but if I bought a jeep from the only jeep dealer in Dallas and that dealership couldn't do their job correctly then I think it's time to find a brand that can take care of their customers right?
